French Business Leader Member must meet several criteria for obtaining and sign the “CRITERIA CHARTER OF EXCELLENCE”, a framework committing the Entrepreneur to respect the values claimed by the association, in order to protect, in quality, the LABEL for which she adheres.
It is a guarantee of French values, recognized worldwide, allowing it to stand out from other foreign companies with similar specialties.
The criteria for obtaining it are very distinct, depending on the place of residence of the French Business Manager, either in FRANCE or in the WORLD.
The company must not be the subject of collective proceedings (under judicial supervision) in France or in the country of residence where it is registered with the R.C.

Being the head of an individual business (commercial, industrial, artisanal, agricultural sector)
Individual liberal profession
Manager of a company created by her own financial capital (commercial, liberal, artisanal or agricultural sector)
Documents to provide :
1°) Partner owning at least 51% of the capital, ensuring the management function of the S.A.R.L. company. or S.A. and financially responsible for his business. Production of a K-Bis extract from the Trade and Companies Register in their name (- 3 months) (if the name of the company, whether it is its manager)
OR
2°) The certificate of registration in the Trades Register; (-3 months)
OR
3°) The SIREN (person) and SIRET (company) certificate (-3 months)
criteria obtaining WORLD
Be an expatriate abroad (consular card, be registered in the register of French nationals abroad at the Consulate of Residence) and manage the company, on site abroad, either through team management, or through financial management and an accountant.
Special case: An exception is made for being an active member (if) head of a French business, in countries where the obligation for the creation of a company is the holding of 51% of the shares of the capital, by a native of the country of residence
Documents to provide: Present all the documents necessary for the registration of the company and the Business Manager.
